Las Vegas Home Prices are on the Rise!
The Lindstrom Group of Keller Williams Realty Southwest in Las Vegas is pleased to announce that according to www.TheEcomomist.com the Median Property Value in Las Vegas has increased over 52% in the last two years.
From May 2012 to May 2014 the average home value has risen from $124,700 to $189,950.
The median price among condos and townhomes was $102,000, up 2 percent from $100,000 in April, and up 14.6 percent from $89,000 in May 2013.
Median prices are still well below their June 2006 peak of $315,000. But they’re also considerably higher than their nadir of $118,000, reached in January 2012.
GLVAR reports 2,825 homes sold last month, which is an improvement of 8 percent from April.
